Refund requests must be submitted within 15 business days of the purchase or payment date.
Only unused credits/credit value or prepayments are eligible for refunds. However, application rental fees for the duration of the active subscription will be deducted.
Refunds are not applicable for services already rendered or for any usage fees incurred.
Proof of payment and relevant transaction details are required to process a refund request.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Services terminated due to a breach of SMSINDIAHUB’s Terms of Service.
Credits provided as promotional offers or goodwill gestures.
Subscription fees for completed billing cycles.
Whatsapp Marketing Services.

How to Request a Refund

Our team will review the request and notify you of the decision within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
