4. I have not received Entity ID/ Telemarketer ID even after 2 days of registration, what should I do?
In this case, make sure that:
- You have received OTP (one-time pin) on the registered mobile number and email id.
- You have clicked the email verification link for confirmation.
If you meet both the requirements mentioned above, then you may write your query to the support team of the operator that you have registered with. You will need to provide your Application Number, Company Name, and Registered Email ID in the mail.
